Concept, Signature or Renovation: what do you need?

Choose Concept for design direction and a furniture plan, Signature when you also want 3D renderings and a dimensioned floor plan, or Renovation for scoped finishes, fixtures and cabinetry planning. Your designer confirms the right scope before you pay.

Concept: establish the direction

Concept includes style direction, a mood board, a 2D furniture layout, a color and material palette, and a curated shopping list. It is intended for a single-room refresh where the main need is a coherent plan.

It does not include photorealistic 3D renderings, dimensioned plans, elevations or CAD files. Check the pricing page for the current starting fee and included revision round.

Signature: see the proposal

Signature adds photorealistic 3D renderings in multiple views, a dimensioned floor plan and a downloadable design book to the Concept scope. This is useful when seeing how the selections relate is important to your decision.

A rendering is a visualization, not a guarantee of exact installed appearance. Measurements, product availability, site conditions and implementation still need appropriate checks. Signature does not include construction-level elevations or CAD source files.

Renovation: plan a more involved change

Renovation adds interior elevations for key walls, cabinetry and fixture planning, a lighting plan, and CAD files on eligible projects. The exact scope depends on the room and is confirmed individually.

Structural engineering, permit-ready or stamped drawings, contractor services and on-site supervision are excluded. Kitchen, bathroom, multi-room and building-services changes receive individual scopes rather than assuming a standard room package covers everything.

Decide from the result you need

List the decisions you need to make and the documents you expect to receive. If your priority is choosing furniture, you may not need renovation planning. If a contractor needs information for fixed cabinetry, a mood board alone will not meet that need.

Submit your space and explain your goals. A designer checks the information, requests missing details and provides a confirmed quote. Furniture, materials and contractor costs are separate from the design fee.
